How long has Done Right, Inc. been in business?

We have been in the building and remodeling profession for over 20 years.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. All estimates are free. We will also always provide you with a written estimate.

Who does your design work?

That’s up to you! We have a very talented stable of designers that would be happy to come up with some excellent designs for you, or, we can work with your own designs.

Will I be able to select the actual products for my project?

Absolutely. Your input is a very important part of the design and build of your project.

How can I be sure that I will get a quality job at a fair price?

At Done Right, we will always provide you an up-front, written estimate before any work is done and a guarantee for all work done.

Will you provide me with references if I need them?

Yes. We will provide you with names and numbers of our completed work. We have a long list of very satisfied clients to choose from!

Do you guarantee your prices?

Yes. We will provide a written proposal and, as long as the scope and specs don’t change after agreement, your price is guaranteed.

Should I anticipate any cost beyond the contract price?

We take every step possible to try and eliminate any unseen cost that other contractors miss or simply neglect to inform the client about. However, there are times that hidden framing damage, wires, plumbing or underground conditions may require additional charges. But we will never proceed with any work until the client is fully informed of the additional work and a written estimate is given and agreed to by both parties.

How do you handle change orders?

No changes will be made until the client receives the new price in writing. Both the client and Done Right will receive a copy of the change order. Remember: There will be NO HIDDEN COSTS AND NO SURPRISES AT THE END OF THE JOB!

Once you start will you stay until the job is finished?

Yes! We will always give you a schedule and keep you informed of the progress of the job as well as give you warning of any delays we should incur. Some trades, such as drywall, may be delayed due to the drying process, for example. You will still be given notice should this occur.

How will you control the dust and handle any mess associated with my work?

Done Right takes project neatness and cleanliness very seriously. We will implement dust control measures and stay vigilant throughout the length of your project. Our motto is: On Time, Clean Site, Done RIGHT.

Are your team members friendly, honest and competent?

Yes. All of our members are extremely professional, courteous and very skilled. We keep a project supervisor on the job for every day that we work on your project. We all take pride in and sign off on our work. It’s our name you can trust.

Do you guarantee your work?

All work done by Done Right Inc. is guaranteed for up to 2 years. Should you have a problem with our workmanship within that time period, we will respond within 24 hours to determine the cause of the problem and work to resolve your concerns.

Do you use subcontractors?

Yes, there are times when we use subcontractors in the building process. We have been in business for over 20 years and have thoroughly vetted our subcontractors – many of them have been with us for those 20+ years. We always have a site supervisor on the job to make sure you are receiving the highest quality work and answer any questions you may have.
